Greg von Williams is a retired Air Force and Space Force professional with 23 years of
distinguished service, where he served as a legislative liaison, strategic communicator, and
trusted advisor on defense policy and stakeholder engagement. Throughout his career, he worked
closely with Congress, the Department of Defense, and senior military leaders to shape space-
related policy, funding priorities, and national security initiatives.
In his final roles with the United States Space Force—including assignments with Space
Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM), Space Operations Command (SpOC), and
Headquarters United States Space Force—Greg led high-level legislative engagement efforts,
provided expert analysis on congressional actions, and prepared senior leaders for critical
engagements on Capitol Hill.
Today, Greg brings that depth of experience into his work as a Speaker, Trainer, and Corporate
Etiquette & International Protocol Consultant. He helps leaders and organizations elevate their
executive presence, communicate with confidence, and navigate high-stakes professional
environments with clarity and credibility. Known for his engaging style and practical insights,
Greg equips audiences with the skills to reduce friction, build trust, and lead with intention in
today’s fast-moving world.
Greg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a
Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina. He is a Toastmasters International
Speech Contest winner and a past president of the National Speakers Association of Colorado. A
firm believer in lifelong learning and mentorship, Greg is passionate about developing leaders
who lead with confidence, presence, and purpose.
